1. Change Credit Card Details
1. To change your credit card details, on SmartSeller dashboard menu, go to Account.
2. On the Account Status section, click on button “Update Payment Method”
3. Payment form will pop up and enter your new credit card.
4. Click “Update Card Details“. DONE.
No payment will be charged on the new Credit Card. Next subscription fee will be charged to the new Credit Card.Â
2. Change Payment Method
1. To change payment method from “Credit Card to Paypal” or “Paypal to Credit Card“, on SmartSeller dashboard menu, go to Account.
2. On the Account Status section, click on “Cancel Payment Method”
3. Click “Confirm“.
4. Select the payment method that you wish to use. Paypal or Credit Card.
No payment will be charged on the new Payment Method. Next subscription fee will be charged to the new payment method that you selected.
